9 <br /> Project webpage and online survey <br /> Community members could also view information from the Question &Answer Session and view the Draft <br /> Long Range Plan online.An online feedback survey,which matched the feedback survey available at the <br /> Question &Answer Session,was live for approximately four weeks (February 28 to April 2, 2018). <br /> Summary of feedback <br /> A total of 110 survey responses were received through the Draft Long Range Plan outreach period.The <br /> following key themes emerged from the feedback survey: <br /> ► 39%of respondents said they would strongly support a plan like the Growth Network Plan,and 26%said <br /> they would somewhat support it. <br /> ► 74% of respondents recommend the new adult fare to be$2.00 or higher. 26%wrote-in specific answers <br /> to this question, most of which asked for a fare below $2.00 or no fare at all. <br /> ► 22%of respondents are not current Everett Transit riders. <br /> ► Some themes from the open-ended responses included: <br /> ► Request for greater coverage to/from specific locations, including: <br /> ► Paine Field, Seaway Transit Center, SE Everett, Silver Lake, outside of city limits <br /> (e.g. Mill Creek), etc. <br /> ► Neighborhood streets, so people wouldn't have to walk as far to reach a bus stop <br /> ► Request for more frequent service to places like Everett Community College, Everett Mall, etc. <br /> ► Request for full weekend service(and early morning/late night service) for those who work <br /> weekends and/or don't own cars <br /> ► Request for Everett Transit bus schedules to better align with other bus schedules and ferry <br /> schedules <br /> ► Request for the current level of paratransit service to be maintained through the Growth Network <br /> Plan <br /> Online and printed service options survey <br /> Through the above notification methods, community members were encouraged to take the online feedback <br /> survey,where they could share their thoughts on the Draft Long Range Plan.
