• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 811-81 <br /> AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of <br /> the budget for the City of Everett for 1981 <br /> and amending Ordinance No. 746-80 as amended <br /> by Ordinance Nos. 788-81, 792-81, and 794-81 <br /> and declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has now appropriated certain <br /> local, state and federal funds to augment previously approved <br /> programs within the 1981 budget; and <br /> WHEREAS , the source and application of funds have been <br /> identified; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the <br /> following amendments shall be made to the 1981 budget; <br /> Section 1: That the sum of $35, 000 . 00 be appropriated in <br /> the following manner: <br /> a. Appropriation, Fund 301 - Arterial/Street <br /> 1 . Program 184 - Traffic Signal Upgrade - Pacific & Maple <br /> Original appropriation, Ord. 746-80 $ -0- <br /> Amended by this appropriation $ 35 , 000 . 00 <br /> New Program Total $ 35, 000 . 00 <br /> b. Source of Funds <br /> Fund 301 - 1/2c Gas Tax <br /> c . Purpose <br /> To finance City' s 50o share to upgrade traffic <br /> signals at Pacific & Maple. <br />
