(3rd and final reading and public hearing on 7-11-18.) <br /> (2) CB 1806-21 — 1St Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to requiring Theft or <br /> Loss of Firearms, adding a new chapter to Title 9 of the Everett Municipal Code (Public <br /> Peace, Morals & Welfare). (3rd and final reading on 7-11-18). <br /> (3) CB 1806-22 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending the City's regulations <br /> concerning the Aiming or Discharging of Firearms, amending Section 131 of Ordinance No. <br /> 1145-85 (EMC 10.78.070. (3rd and final reading on 7-11-18). <br /> (4) Adopt Resolution adopting the 2017 City of Everett Surface Water Comprehensive Plan. <br /> (Action on 7-11-18). <br /> CONSENT: <br /> (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,234,116.26 for the period of June 2, 2018 through June 8, 2018. <br /> (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett <br /> in the amount of $7,306,512.01 for the period of April 1, 2018 through April 30, 2018. <br /> (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Washington Department of Fish and <br /> Wildlife Law Enforcement Services Contract No. 17-08869, at no additional cost to the City. <br />
