CITY <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO <br /> RIGHT-OF-ENTRY AGREEMENT <br /> for The Boeing Company <br /> This Amendment No. 1 to Rig t-of-Entry Agreement (this "Amendment") is <br /> entered into as of ab , 2018, between The City of Everett, <br /> ("City") and The Boein Company ("Boeing")and amends the Right of <br /> Entry Agreement dated August 28, 2013, (the "Agreement") related to <br /> the City owned property commonly identified as Snohomish County <br /> Tax Parcel Number 29043400404100, between the parties. <br /> In consideration of the mutual promises of the parties set forth in this <br /> Amendment, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br /> sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Term <br /> Pursuant to Section 5 of the Agreement, City and Boeing have agreed <br /> to extend the term of the Agreement by five (5) years, so that the term <br /> of the Agreement will expire on December 31, 2023. <br /> 2. Notices <br /> Section 11 of the Agreement shall be modified to change the Boeing designated notice <br /> representatives as follows: <br /> Boeing: The Boeing Company <br /> do MBG Consulting, Inc. <br /> Boeing Lease Administration Team <br /> 980 N.
