(MTC)provided materials testing and special inspection services <br /> during construction of the above-referenced project. This letter is a statement declaring the actual work <br /> inspected by MTC itemized below was found to be,to the best of the inspector's knowledge, in accordance <br /> with project plans, specifications, engineer approved revisions, and the International Building Code. <br /> The following is the scope of inspections performed on this project: <br /> • Reinforced Concrete • Structural Steel Erection <br /> • Reinforced Masonry • Structural Steel Fabrication <br /> • Lateral Wood • Proprietary Anchors <br /> In addition, Moisture-Density Relationship testing and In-Place Densities by Nuclear Method testing were <br /> conducted. MTC found the earthwork inspected to be in accordance with project plans, specifications, and <br /> engineer revisions or approval. MTC accepts responsibility only for the specific work we inspected, and <br /> where an MTC report was generated. <br /> The results of our services were provided to the local building department for review. Only WABO <br /> Certified special inspectors were utilized to perform those specific inspections as required by the Special <br /> Inspection Agreement. Any items that were found to be in noncompliance with the approved construction <br /> documents were repaired or replaced, and re-inspected for acceptance.
