The permit application has been examined and the submittal is incomplete. Revisions are necessary before a <br /> permit can be issued. Please provide a response letter with two sets of revised drawings, with areas of <br /> revisions clouded on the drawings. Plan review will resume when the requested information is submitted and <br /> sufficient detail and information is shown to ensure that the proposed structures will be constructed in <br /> compliance with all adopted codes. <br /> Energy Code <br /> Please submit drawing instructions (which I will attach to your revised submittal) so that the contractor can <br /> provide the devices, ventilation and controls required by WSEC section 402.6 for this system, which is in lieu of <br /> economizers. Please indicate in your response how these requirements fulfill the individual sections of WSEC <br /> section 402.6, including performance requirements. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), the 2015 International Existing Building <br /> Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), the 2015 International Fire Code <br /> (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as <br /> amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced <br /> standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). <br /> Federal ADA regulations and standards may be more restrictive. Compliance with these regulations is the <br /> responsibility of the tenant and owner of the building. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will <br /> be given priority and plan review will recommence.
