We should also <br /> provide geotechnical services during construction to observe compliance with our design concepts, specifications, <br /> and recommendations. This will allow for design changes if subsurface conditions differ from those anticipated <br /> prior to the start of construction. <br /> 7.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> We prepared this report in accordance with generally accepted geotechnical engineering practices. No other <br /> warranty, expressed or implied, is made. This report is the copyrighted property of Terra Associates,inc. and is <br /> intended for specific application to the Northshore Christian Church, Building F project in Everett, Washington. <br /> This report is for the exclusive use of 2812 Architecture and their authorized representatives. <br /> The analyses and recommendations presented in this report are based on data obtained from the subsurface <br /> explorations completed on-site. Variations in soil conditions can occur, the nature and extent of which may not <br /> become evident until construction.
