Section 5 : The total estimated cost of the improvements herein authorized is $486 ,497 . 66 which will include all cost related to design, construction, contract administra- tion, plan development , and associated costs . Section 7 : A. The sum of $486 , 497 . 66 is hereby appropriated to Fund No. 329 , "1978 Block Grant Neighborhood Improvements" as follows: 1.
