• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 77O -8/ <br /> An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 573-78 <br /> amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 3572. <br /> CASCADE SHOPPING CENTER <br /> Section 2 of Ordinance No. 573-78 reads: <br /> "That the proposed zoningchange is based on the developer meeting <br /> the conditions stated in the attached concomitant agreement to the <br /> rezone." <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the proposed zoning change is based on the developer meeting <br /> the conditions stated in the attached concomitant agreement as <br /> amended March 25, 1981, at the time of Phase II approval of Cascade <br /> Shopping Center and Business Park. <br /> Section 3 of Ordinance No. 573-78 reads: <br /> "That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as established by Everett <br /> City Code 15.04.130 is hereby amended from R-3, Multiple-Family <br /> Low-Density Residential to B-2 Community Business for the following <br /> described property: <br /> Legal Description <br /> Parcel "A" <br /> All that portion of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section <br /> 7, Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W.
