• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 77O -8/ <br /> An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 573-78 <br /> amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 3572. <br /> CASCADE SHOPPING CENTER <br /> Section 2 of Ordinance No. 573-78 reads: <br /> "That the proposed zoningchange is based on the developer meeting <br /> the conditions stated in the attached concomitant agreement to the <br /> rezone." <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the proposed zoning change is based on the developer meeting <br /> the conditions stated in the attached concomitant agreement as <br /> amended March 25, 1981, at the time of Phase II approval of Cascade <br /> Shopping Center and Business Park. <br /> Section 3 of Ordinance No. 573-78 reads: <br /> "That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as established by Everett <br /> City Code 15.04.130 is hereby amended from R-3, Multiple-Family <br /> Low-Density Residential to B-2 Community Business for the following <br /> described property: <br /> Legal Description <br /> Parcel "A" <br /> All that portion of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section <br /> 7, Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W. M., described as follows: Beginning <br /> at the northeast corner of said northeast quarter of southwest quarter of <br /> Section 7; thence North 89° 16' 44" West along the East and West centerline <br /> of Section 7 for 731.63 feet to an intersection with the easterly right-of-way <br /> line of U.S. Highway No. 99; thence from last described point, angle to the <br /> left 64° 17' 09" to the point of tangency of a curve to the right; thence <br /> following said curve having a radius of 2914.93 feet and consuming an angle <br /> of 2° 56' 54" for 150.0 feet; thence South 56° 24' 45" East for 207.82 feet; <br /> thence South 33° 35' 15" West for 480 feet; thence South 56° 24' 45" East for <br /> 351.22 feet; thence South 88° 17' 36" East for 576.49 feet to a point on the <br /> North and South centerline of Section 7; thence North 1° 42' 24" East along <br /> the North and South centerline of said Section 7 for 850 feet to the true point <br /> of beginning. <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> Section 3: <br /> That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as established by Ord.
