June 20, 2018 <br /> California Street, Alverson Avenue, and Grand Avenue between Hewitt <br /> Avenue and Legion Park, on July 4, 2018, 5 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for a 5K, <br /> 10K, and 1 mile fun family run, sponsored by the YMCA of Snohomish <br /> County. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — ANNUAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROGRAM <br /> President Roberts opened a public hearing regarding the proposed <br /> Resolution adopting the Annual Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) <br /> Update for 2019-2024. <br /> Richard Tarry, Public Works, provided an overview of the proposed <br /> resolution. <br /> Pam Kepford, Everett, questioned why Everett had its own transit system <br /> and encouraged a potential incorporation with another system. <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION - ANNUAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROGRAM <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to adopt Resolution No. 7262 adopting the Annual <br /> Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Update for 2019-2024. <br /> 4 <br /> 191 <br />
