• <br /> July 3, 2018 <br /> The special meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., July 3, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy, <br /> McNeal, Bader, and Tuohy were present. Mayor Franklin and Council <br /> Member Stonecipher were excused. <br /> Council Member McNeal led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the June 20, 2018, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> COUNCIL • <br /> Council Member Bader reported on his attendance at the Fire Academy <br /> graduation. He also provided a report on his attendance at the Association <br /> of Washington Cities (AWC) conference last week. <br /> Council Member Moore reminded that fireworks are illegal in the City of <br /> Everett and wished everyone a happy and safe 4th of July. <br /> Council Member McNeal reported on her attendance at the Amateur Radio <br /> Field Day at Harborview Park. <br /> Council Member Tuohy provided a liaison report from the Snohomish <br /> County 911 Board Meeting. She also wished everyone a happy 4th of July. <br /> Council Member Murphy announced that the next Budget and Finance <br /> Subcommittee meeting is scheduled for July 11, at 5:15 p.m. He also <br /> extended his good wishes for a happy and safe 4th of July. <br /> President Roberts also wished everyone a happy and safe 4th of July.
