July 3, 2018 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — EASEMENT FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL FACILITIES <br /> Moved by Council Member McNeal, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Easement Agreement with <br /> Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County for traffic signal <br /> facilities. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — EASEMENT FOR FACILITIES RELATED TO CLEANUP <br /> OF CONTAMINATED GROUNDWATER <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Easement to the Boeing <br /> Company for facilities related to the cleanup of contaminated <br /> groundwater along Powder Mill Gulch located on city owned property. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — EASEMENT FOR FACILITIES RELATED TO CLEANUP <br /> OF CONTAMINATED GROUNDWATER <br /> Moved by Council Member McNeal, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Easement to the Boeing <br /> Company for facilities related to the cleanup of contaminated <br /> 203 <br />
