400,- <br /> RESOLUTION No. J <br /> A Resolution declaring one John Deere 544J Loader and authorizing its <br /> sale at public auction. <br /> Whereas,the City has one 2007 John Deere 544J Loader(H0038)in its <br /> fleet; and <br /> Whereas,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to <br /> the City; and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for <br /> surplus or disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas,based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance <br /> 2963-06 a public auction is the disposition method that best meets the <br /> City's interests; and <br /> Whereas,the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the <br /> estimated value of the surplus property and has recommended to surplus <br /> the above-referenced vehicles and equipment by public auction. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,it is hereby resolved by the City Council of <br /> the City of Everett: <br /> 1. The Whereas,the City has one 2007 John Deere 544J Loader <br /> (H0038)which is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> 2.
