� 1 <br /> Districting Ordinance Incorporating Revisions from Introduced Draft <br /> Section 3: Under Section 16.1 of the Charter, amendments to the Charter proposed <br /> under this ordinance that are ratified by a majority of the electors, including the number <br /> of Council Districts approved by a majority of the electors voting thereon, shall become <br /> part of the Charter on the date of the Mayor's proclamation of those ratified <br /> amendments.
