<br /> 1. Check the water meter to determine if there is an internal water leak within the house. Also check the water
<br /> meters of the surrounding properties.
<br /> 2. Inspect the storm line that runs adjacent to the property for potential leaks/cracks in the line and/or catch
<br /> basins.
<br /> 3. Inspect the foundation of the basement and deck to determine if there are any structural issues affected by this
<br /> settlement.
