Here is a <br /> summary of my findings. <br /> 1. Research of records for this property indicate that this building has been altered without required approvals. <br /> 2. The alterations include the creation of rooms not consistent with approved use of the building. (additional sleeping <br /> rooms and a multiple kitchens.) <br /> The alterations and work that has been performed without approvals includes but may not be limited to: Electrical <br /> work, Plumbing work and general <br /> construction work. <br /> 3. Records indicate that the building has been used as an apartment building and or boarding house. <br /> 4. This building is currently and historically approved for single family use only. <br /> 5. The alterations and use of record indicate that this building is an Unlawful Structure as defined by IPMC section <br /> 108.1.4 <br /> I encourage and support enforcement action to bring this building into compliance. <br /> Regards. <br /> Ted Budden <br />
