positions to be filled on the City Council shall be designated by consecutive <br /> At the election under this Charter held on November 5, 2019, two (2) <br /> Council members shall be elected at-large for two-year terms in Council <br /> positions four(4) and five(5), and two (2) Council members shall be <br /> elected at-large for four-year terms in Council positions six(6) and seven <br /> (7).
