PUBLIC HEARING: (9) CB 1807-23 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to regular property taxes; providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the City a special election to be held in conjunction with the state general election on November 6, 2018, of a proposition authorizing the City to levy regular emergency medical services property taxes in excess of the limitations of Chapter 84.55 RCW for emergency medical services; setting forth the text of the ballot proposition, directing the proper City officials to take necessary actions; and providing for other related matters. ACTION ITEMS: (10) CB 1804-15 — 3rd and final Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving the appropriations of the 2018 revised City of Everett Budget and amending Ordinance No. 3584-17. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment #3 to the Agreement for Inmate Housing with South Correctional Entity (SCORE) regarding an increase to the daily bed rate effective January 1, 2019.
