No side sewer was shown on the original project plans so it is not a case of an oversight. It was likely not
planned with the original cost to install that improvement, leaving that cost to the homeowners. On the upside, you
would not be required to pay the City any hookup fees because of the previous payment of your sewer bill. You would
be required to get a sewer alteration permit that costs$30.
Kirk
From: Robert Schmidt [mailto:robbschmidtdc@yahoo.com]
Sent: Thursday, February 09, 2017 2:25 PM
To: Kirk Brooks
Subject: Sewer Stub
Hello Kirk,
I wanted to thank you for your help in this matter of my home in Everett. The home, located at 4833 College Ave,
Everett WA 98203, is not stubbed into the main sewer line in front of the home on College Avenue. It hooks into the
lines having to go through two other parcels to the south of the property. I realized that I will be having a contractor
hook up in front of the home, but having paid for sewer on the home since 2003, I was hoping the city would bring
the sewer line to my property line. If you have any further information that would help me in this matter it would be
greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Robert Schmidt
Robert P.
