1 <br /> Minimum Requirement #2 <br /> SWPPP Narrative <br /> The topography of the site containing the proposed site improvements has slopes ranging from 2%to <br /> approximately 25%. With minimal disturbance and standard erosion control measures such as silt fence, <br /> straw mulching and hydro-seeding,the risk of erosion can be minimized. The limits of clearing will be <br /> restricted to the building site and lot. Greater source control measures would have to be taken during <br /> winter construction such as mulching or plastic sheeting.
