GRAND AVENUE SEWER SYSTEM REPLACEMENT <br /> AND STORM WATER SEPARATION PROJECT, PHASE 1 <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to waive immaterial irregularity and award the construction <br /> contract, and authorize the Mayor to sign the construction contract <br /> with KLB Construction, Inc. for the E. Grand Avenue Sewer System <br /> Replacement and Storm Water Separation Project, Phase 1, in the <br /> amount of$5,943,492.36, including Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1408-42 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project <br /> entitled "West Marine View Drive Non-Motorized <br /> Improvements", Fund 303, Program 075, as established by <br /> Ordinance No. 3177-10. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Bader, <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 1408-42 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Bader, Stonecipher, <br /> Anderson <br /> EXCUSED: Gipson <br /> Ordinance No. 3403-14 adopted. <br />
