Shed removal <br /> Section 3: Authorization is hereby given to construct curb cuts in the downtown <br /> area, and provide for improvements to the Garfield Park and Riverdale Park. <br /> Section 5: The total estimated cost of the improvements herein authorized <br /> is $486,497, which will include all cost related to design, construction, contract <br /> administration, plan development, and associated costs. <br />
