Roberts v. City of Everett, Cause No. 17-2-02298-31, in <br /> the amount of $118,250. <br /> (7) Authorize the closure of Cedar Street between 25th Street and Everett Avenue on September <br /> 28 and September 29, 2018, from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. each day; and on September 30, 2018 <br /> from 12 p.m. to 8 a.m. for the Everett Sausagefest: Bavarian Family Festival, sponsored by <br /> Everett SausageFest-Our Lady of Perpetual Help Booster Club. <br /> (8) Authorize the closure of 16th Place W. between 104th Place SW and Montana Road on <br /> August 18, 2018 form 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for a neighborhood block party. <br /> (9) Authorize the closure of Norton Avenue between Clinton Place and 35th Street on August 11, <br /> 2018 from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., for a block party, sponsored by the Norton Avenue Block <br /> Watch. <br /> (10) Authorize the closure of California Street between Oakes and Lombard Avenues on <br /> September 3, 2018, form 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a Labor Day Block Party, sponsored by the <br /> Snohomish County Labor Council. <br />
