The restaurant space at 7318 Evergreen Way has been classified <br />as a Group B Occupancy. This classification carries a maximum occupant load of <br />49 persons. The addition oF a dance floor would increase the occupant load to <br />over 50 persons and would constitute a change of use. <br />A change of use may be accomplished though the permit process. To apply for a <br />change of use permit, floor plans, prepared by a design professional licensed by <br />the state of Washington are required to be submitted in accordance with our <br />Tenant Improvement procedures included with this letter.
