I <br /> 1 CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> PROCESS WATER PUMP STATION <br /> WO NO. - 3647 <br /> NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the PROCESS WATER PUMP STATION will be received at the <br /> office of the City Clerk, 1St Floor Wall Street Building, 2930 Wetmore, Everett, Washington 98201, until 2:00 p.m. <br /> on Tuesday, June 5th, 2018. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the 8th <br /> floor hearing room at the Wall Street Building. The engineer's estimate for this Project is $1,000,000. <br /> Work being performed includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to <br /> construct a new pump skid, modifications to the existing water pump configurations, structural revisions to the <br /> existing process water pump station building, and associated electrical work along with other such <br /> appurtenances and performing all Work as required by the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Plans and <br /> Contract Provisions. <br /> Plans, Specifications, Addenda, and plan holders list for this Project may be viewed on line at <br /> https://everettwa.gov/319/Bid-Opportunities. <br /> Plan sets may also be purchased at Bill's Blueprints (425) 259-0859 at 2920 Rockefeller Avenue, Everett, WA <br /> 98201. <br /> For technical questions regarding this Project contact: John Nottingham P.E., Project Manager, City of Everett, <br /> at (425) 257-8872 <br /> All bids must be made upon the regular forms provided for this purpose and must be accompanied by a bid <br /> bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. <br /> The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. No Bidder <br /> may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. The City further reserves the right to make the <br /> bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
