35.2. Broker's Fee <br /> If Company is represented by a real estate broker or other agency in this transaction, <br /> Company shall be fully responsible for any fee due such broker, and shall hold the <br /> City and its employees and agents, harmless from any claims for a commission by <br /> such broker or agency. <br /> 35.3. Cooperation in Execution of Subsequent Documents <br /> The City and Company agree to cooperate in executing any documents necessary to <br /> protect the rights of the parties granted by this Agreement. <br /> 35.4.
