July 25, 2018 <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> McNeal, to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION — CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7272 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $2,078,400.54 for the period of July 7, 2018, through July 13, 2018. <br /> RESOLUTION — PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7273 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of$4,587,532.31 for the period ending July 7, 2018. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — 2018 BIOSOLIDS REMOVAL AND <br /> DISPOSAL PROJECT <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order 1 to the contract with <br /> Synagro West LLC, to add 120 calendar days to the contract duration <br /> at no additional cost to the city. <br /> USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT — WASHINGTON STATE PATROL <br /> ACCESS <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State Patrol ACCESS <br /> user acknowledgement. <br /> USER AGREEMENT — LIVESCAN TO WIN ABIS <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State Patrol Livescan <br /> to WIN ABIS user agreement. <br /> SETTLEMENT — TIMOTHY L.
