Project: 2018 Biosolids Removal and Disposal <br /> Change Order No. 1 <br /> Change Order Effective Date: June, 2018 <br /> Exhibit A—Description of Changed Work <br /> In February of 2018, the City and our Contractor(Synagro West LLC) entered into a <br /> Contract for the 2018 Biosolids Removal and Disposal Project for the dredging and <br /> dewatering of 2000 dry tons of biosolids from the City's Water Pollution Control <br /> Facility (Project). <br /> The Contractor needs additional time to complete the Contract. This Change Order <br /> adds an additional 120 days to the Contract duration. No additional expenditure is <br /> required. <br />
