PUBLIC HEARING: (18) CB 1807-33 —3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3204-10, an Ordinance rezoning property located on the East Side of Airport Road, South of 112th Street with a Development Agreement, amending Ordinance No. 1671-89. ACTION ITEMS: (19) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement between City of Everett and the Everett Public Facilities District amending the Events Center ground lease. (20) Authorize the Mayor to sign the amended and restated Interlocal Agreement between the City of Everett and the Everett Public Facilities District for a contingent loan agreement relating to the Everett Public Facilities District's 2018 Bond refinance.
