Si ' <br /> t <br /> ii�l 1 • 71.4. <br /> Sonrise Christian requests that their property be removed from the Development Agreement.The <br /> owner of the other parcels in the Development Agreement concur with this request and are willing to <br /> sign an amended Development Agreement(see attached). <br /> One of the main reasons that the subject parcel of land was included in the original development <br /> agreement is that the owners at that time intended to develop the property as an integrated <br /> development with other properties that share a common access. Sonrise Christian proposes to use the <br /> site for an expansion of their parking lot,which accesses Airport Road through a different access point. <br /> Based on this change in access,there will be no access to the other lots within the remainder of the <br /> property affected by the Development Agreement. There is no reason for the property to remain a part <br /> of the Development Agreement. <br /> 2 <br /> 31 <br />
