The <br /> access to Airport Road shall be defined in the binding site plan application,and any curb cuts <br /> shall be limited to those approved by the City. The development agreement shall include <br /> provisions requiring the elimination of existing curb cuts onto Airport Road,as properties within <br /> the Rezone Area redevelop(e.g. elimination of the three existing driveways for the existing <br /> triplex). <br /> 3.
