Evergreen Way Alliance could ask corporate/local <br /> businesses to help sponsor the costs. <br /> ❑ Study the Commercial Vacancy Rates along Evergreen Way & Compare to Trends in Surrounding <br /> Communities <br /> • Create a Commercial Real Estate Roundtable with reps from public/private organizations. <br />
