I <br /> liti <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6619 <br /> A RESOLUTION waiving public bidding requirements and approving a sole source <br /> purchase of Fleet Cardlock Fueling from PetroCard, Inc. <br /> WHEREAS, the City has vehicles at locations not convenient to its primary fueling <br /> locations; and <br /> WHEREAS, PetroCard, Inc has appropriate locations; and <br /> WHEREAS, PetroCard, Inc is the only supplier able to provide fuel purchase <br /> information sufficient for the City's recordkeeping; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Everett that because <br /> there is clearly and legitimately only one source capable of supplying Fleet Cardlock <br /> Fueling; the City hereby waives competitive bidding requirements and authorizes the <br /> purchase of fuel from PetroCard, Inc. <br /> 2 i <br /> Counci person I-producing Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 22nd ,a , Ma' 7Q13. <br /> _ a c P - ••-nt <br />
