Grantee shall pay all applicable fees for the requisite City permits received by Grantee. <br /> 8.4. Emergency Permits <br /> In the event that emergency repairs are necessary, Grantee shall immediately notify the City of the <br /> need for such repairs. Grantee may initiate such emergency repairs immediately, and shall apply for <br /> appropriate permits within forty-eight(48)hours after discovery of the emergency. <br /> 8.5. Compliance with Applicable Codes <br /> 8.5.1. City Construction Codes <br /> Grantee shall comply with all applicable City construction codes, including, without limitation, all <br /> building codes, zoning codes and regulations. <br /> 8.5.2. Visual Impact <br /> Telecommunications System Facilities must be designed to address visual impacts as determined <br /> through the City's design review process and consistent with the EMC. <br /> 8.5.3. Safety Codes <br /> Grantee shall comply with all federal, State and City safety requirements, rules, regulations, laws <br /> and practices, and employ all necessary devices as required by applicable law during construction, <br /> operation, maintenance, and repair of its Telecommunications System. By way of illustration and <br /> not limitation, Grantee shall comply with the National Electric Code, National Electrical Safety <br /> Code and Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA) Standards. <br /> 8.5.4. One Call <br /> Prior to placing any underground Facilities, Grantee shall join and maintain membership in good <br /> standing with the Utility Coordinating Council One Call Center or other similar or successor <br /> organization that is designated to coordinate underground equipment locations and installations. <br /> Grantee is familiar with RCW Ch. 19.122 (Washington State's "Underground Utilities" statute) and <br /> understands, will abide by and adhere to local procedures, customs and practices relating to the one <br /> call locator service program. <br /> 8.6. GIS Mapping <br /> Grantee shall comply with all applicable ordinances, rules, regulations and policies of the City <br /> regarding geographic information systems mapping for users of the Rights-of-Way, provided that <br /> all similarly situated users of the Rights-of-Way must also accordingly comply. <br /> 8.7.
