t y <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. 73 9 so <br /> • 2 AN ORDINANCE annexing certain property to the City of Everett <br /> for municipal purposes. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that under the provisions of RCW 35.13.180 <br /> 5 and 35.22.570, the legislative body, by majority vote, elected to annex certain territory <br /> 6 outside its City limits as hereinbelow more particularly described for municipal <br /> 7 purposes; and <br /> 8 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that proper notice having been filed with <br /> 9 the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board as required by law; and <br /> 10 WHEREAS, the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board did at their regular <br /> 11 meeting of September 9, 1980, declined to invoke jurisdiction; and <br /> 12 WHEREAS, the 60 day request for review period did expire on September 29, <br /> 13 1980, and the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board did not receive any requests <br /> 14 for review; and <br /> 15 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 16 Section 1: That the aforesaid findings, recitals and determinations are hereby <br /> 17 found to be true and correct in all respects; all requirements of the law in regard <br /> 18 to the annexation as per RCW 35.13.180 and 35.22.570 have been complied with. <br /> 19 Section 2: That is further determined that the below-described property is <br /> • <br /> 20 being annexed into the City of Everett for municipal purposes, to-wit; To construct <br /> 21 and maintain a park and such other municipal purposes as are deemed appropriate. <br /> 22 Section 3: That the property which is annexed to the City is described as <br /> 23 follows: <br /> 24 <br /> 25 PARCEL "A" - BOMARC SITE <br /> 26 That portion of Section 14, T28N, R4EWM described as follows: <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
