ORDINANCE NO. 7,36-: tO <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Sections 2 and 3 <br /> of Ordinance No. 639-79 which provided for the <br /> rezoning of approximately 11 acres located northeast <br /> of the intersection of Third Avenue S.E. and 103rd <br /> Place. <br /> WHEREAS, on September 9, 1980, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on <br /> revisions to the Jade Park Planned Residential Development, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendation of the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined that said revisions should be <br /> granted: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that: <br /> Section 2 of Ordinance No. 639-79 which now reads: <br /> "That the proposed zoning is based on the applicant meeting the conditions stated in the <br /> attached development contract, and developing the rezoning area per the project site <br /> plan." <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> "Section 2: That the proposed zoning is based on the applicant meeting the conditions <br /> stated in the attached development contract as revised September 9, 1980, and developing <br /> the rezoning area per the project site plan. <br /> AND, that Section 3 of Ordinance No. 639-79 which now reads: <br /> "That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as established by Everett Municipal Code <br /> Title 19 (Ordinance 3572, Section 4, as amended) is hereby amended as follows: <br /> West one-half of Government Lot 1, section 19, Township 28 North, Range 5 <br /> East, W.M., EXCEPT the North 500 feet thereof ALSO EXCEPT Roads. <br /> TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive easement for road purposes over, along and <br /> across the North 60 feet of Tract 18, Broadway Farms #2, according to the <br /> plat thereof recorded in Volume 13 of plats, page 93, records of the Auditor of <br /> the County of Snohomish, State of Washington. <br /> This parcel, now zoned RS, Residential Suburban is hereby rezoned and is <br /> zoned R-2, Single Family High-Density Planned Residential Development. <br /> is hereby amended to correct the legal description to read: <br />
