• ORDINANCE NO. 7a 9_ rd AN ORDINANCE amending Sections 3 and 5 of and adding a Section 8 to Ordinance No. 678-80 creating a special design and construction fund entitled "East Glen Storm Drainage Line Fund, " No. 341, and increasing the expenditure required for this project to $55 , 250 . NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : The Sections 3 and 5 of Ordinance No. 678-80 , which read as follows: Section 3 : The total estimated cost of the drainage line herein authorized is $40 , 000 which will include all costs for design, construction, contract administration, plan. development and associated costs. Section 5 : A. The sum of $40 , 000 is hereby appropriated to "East Glen Drive Storm Drainage Line Fund No. 341. B. Source of Funds 1. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the necessary funds shall be contributed by Parkview Development, Inc. of Woodinville, Washing- ton, a private developer, as part of his building permit requirement. The remainder of the funds will be provided from Fund No. 404 by the City of Everett. ARE HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS : Section 3 : The total estimated cost of the drainage line herein authorized is $55 , 250 which will include all costs for design, construction, contract administration, plan development and associated costs.
