July 16, 2018 <br /> Exhibit "A" <br /> Scope of Services <br /> City of Everett <br /> Everett Downtown Streetscape Improvement <br /> Rucker Avenue from Pacific Avenue to Everett Avenue <br /> Final Design <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> This project involves completion of the City of Everett's Rucker Avenue Streetscape <br /> Improvement project that was previously prepared and shelved at the 90% design level. <br /> This Scope of Services is to prepare environmental documents along with final Plans, <br /> Specifications and Opinion of Costs (PS&E) for the section of Rucker Avenue between <br /> the intersections of Pacific Avenue and Everett Avenue, one and one-half adjacent <br /> blocks Wall Street, and one-half block of California Street. This project also includes <br /> water main replacement between Pacific and Everett Avenue which will be designed and <br /> PS&E prepared by the City. The improvements will include roadway improvements, <br /> utility improvements, urban design features, landscaping, stakeholder coordination and <br /> environmental documentation. The project is funded with City funding and State <br /> Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) grant funds. Specific work elements for the <br /> project will include the following: <br /> Task 1 -- Project Management <br /> Task 2 -Topographical Surveying & Basemapping <br /> Task 3 - Property Owner Coordination <br /> Task 4 - Utility Coordination <br /> Task 5 - Water Main PS&E Coordination <br /> Page 1 Scope of Services <br />
