The approximate number of persons, animals, or vehicles that will <br /> attend the special event. <br /> 19. The kinds of animals anticipated to be part of the special event. <br /> 20. A description of the types of vehicles to be used in the special <br /> event. <br /> 21. The number and type of booths, tents, or other structures. <br /> 22. The number of vendors selling goods or services and their location. <br /> 23.
