EVERETT DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENT — RUCKER AVE. Agreement with Perteet Inc. July 16, 2018 The Plans will include a Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) roadway section as bid alternatives. This will include a PCC jointing plan. This work element will include the addition of storm water infrastructure connections for future use. It is anticipated these additions will include storm drain manholes near the intersections of Wall Street, Hewitt Ave and California Street. The purpose of these manholes will be for easy connections by others (on the west side) in the future. This work dement will include the review and coordination of the 41st Street/West Marine View Drive design plans at the intersection of Rucker Avenue and Pacific Avenue to match project limits and improvements. The Consultant will revise the design at this intersection to accommodate improvements for the other project At the intersection of Rucker Ave and Wall Street, the design and plans will be revised to include the removal of the existing concrete signal poles/foundations and replacement with new poles and foundations. This work element assumes a new urban design concept may replace the existing trellis concept and the design, plans, and details will have to be revised • appropriately. Review of 90% Submittal/Response to Comments: This task will include the Consultants review of the City's 90% PS&E review comments based upon the Phase 1 90% Plans. The Consultant will attend one review meeting with the City staff, and provide a written response to the City's comments. 7.2 Preparation of 90% Specifications: • The Consultant will prepare the technical specifications based upon the specifications prepared in the previous completed phase of work.
