July 16, 2018 <br /> 7.4 QA/QC Review: <br /> An internal Consultant quality assurance/quality control review of deliverables will <br /> be conducted, as well as confirmation that comments received have been <br /> addressed. A record of comments received will be maintained. Response to each <br /> comment received will be tracked to confirm that they have been addressed. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • City will provide the Consultant with one set of written compiled comments <br /> from the City staff. <br /> • City will provide a boiler plate of the Contract section of the Project Manual <br /> to the Consultant. <br /> • Walls will not be necessary as a part of this project. If it is determined during <br /> the 90% design phase that walls are necessary, this will be considered an <br /> additional service to this Agreement. <br /> • It is assumed the structures (trellis, transit shelter, and pole foundations) will <br /> not have any significant changes to the design). <br /> • It is assumed that parameters for construction sequencing and order of work <br /> will be included in the Special Provisions and that a construction sequencing <br /> plan and/or traffic control plans will not be included in the contract plans. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • 7 Sets of 1/z size Plans, Specifications, and Opinion of Cost. <br /> • Electronic copy of Plans in PDF format. <br /> • 4 sets of hard-copy Specifications and one electronic copy of Specifications in <br /> PDF format. <br /> • 7 hard copies and one electronic copy of Opinion of Cost Estimate in PDF <br /> format. <br /> • Written response to City's Phase 1 90% Comments. <br /> Page T6 Scope of Services <br /> 113 <br />
