Exhibit A <br /> Additional Scope of Work <br /> Everett Downtown Streetscape Improvements <br /> Hoyt Avenue from Pacific Avenue to Wall Street <br /> Description <br /> The Scope of Work for this amendment to the agreement is for services requested by the <br /> City of Everett. The additional work is required due to changes in the existing <br /> streetscape and adjacent building sites since the 90%design phase was completed. <br /> Additional Scope of Work <br /> This amendment includes the following additional services for plans for the Hoyt Avenue <br /> block as needed including: <br /> • Curb return grade adjustments, sidewalk grade adjustments, and roadway cross <br /> slope adjustments at the intersection of Hoyt and Pacific to conform with recent <br /> work completed there. <br /> • Detailed back of sidewalk analysis of the interface with the adjacent private <br /> property features and updating the construction documents accordingly. <br /> • Revise the design and construction documents to accommodate recent changes at <br /> the Children's Museum which have occurred since the 90%design phase. <br /> © Prepare the streetscape work on Hoyt Avenue for the purpose of bidding the work <br /> concurrently with the Rucker Streetscape project bid documents. <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> 130 <br />
