(15) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $6,907,751.73 for the period of July 1, 2018 through July 31, 2018 (16) Accept the Sewer Regulators R4 & R39 Modifications Project with Faber Construction as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion, allowing the release of the retainage bond.
