As a condition of the issuance of a special event permit,the applicant may <br /> be required to do a walk-through of the event site with city departments impacted by the <br /> • <br /> special event prior to the event. <br /> Section 18: City Clerk's action on special event permit application based on <br /> department approvals. <br /> A. Except as provided in this section or section 32 for expressive special <br /> events and spontaneous special events,the City Clerk will <br /> take approved action <br /> on ap on affected <br /> a <br /> completed application for followingllthe schedulermitethat has been <br /> by <br /> city departments based <br /> i. The City Clerk is not required to take final action on an untimellyy so spec g <br /> al <br /> event permit application,nor on an incomplete special event permit app <br /> licatioas the City Clerk,prior to taking final action, gave the applicant written notice that the <br /> application was incomplete. <br /> C. The City Clerk may extend the deadline established in subsection 18.A for <br /> good cause,the basis of which is provided in writing to the applicant. <br /> D. Final action on a completed special event permit application shall consist <br /> of one of the following: <br /> 1. Issuance of a special event permit in accordance with the <br /> information submitted in the application;or <br /> 2.
