1 2 <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled "Main <br /> Library Window Replacement Project" Fund 342, Program 019, as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 3568-17. <br /> WHEREAS, the "Main Library Window Replacement Project", Fund 342, Program 019 <br /> was established to provide for the design and construction for the replacement of the <br /> existing wood windows at the Main Library; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund No. 342, Program 019, "Main <br /> Library Window Replacement Project" to be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final revenues and expenses for "Main Library Window <br /> Replacement Project", Fund 342, Program 019, are as follows: <br /> REVENUES <br /> CIP 1 $ 398,000 <br /> Total $ 398,000 <br /> EXPENSES <br /> • Design $ 25,726 • <br /> Construction 346,076 <br /> Transfer Out—to CIP 1 26,198 <br /> Total $ 398,000 <br /> 38 <br />
