This project design was prepared by Perteet,Inc., and developed to a 60-90%level in 2011. This professional services agreement is for final completion of design engineering and the preparation of bid documents for Downtown Streetscape Phase 3 —Rucker Avenue (Pacific Avenue to Everett Avenue) for an amount not to exceed$339,618.00.
