August 22, 2018 <br /> RESOLUTION — ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7282 acknowledging the payment of <br /> electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $6,907,751.73 for the period of July 1, 2018, through July 31, 2018. <br /> JOB COMPLETE — SEWER REGULATORS MODIFICATIONS <br /> PROJECT <br /> To accept the Sewer Regulators R4 & R39 Modifications Project with <br /> Faber Construction as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the <br /> Certificate of Completion, allowing the release of the retainage bond. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> RESOLUTION —WASHINGTON CONDOMINIUM ACT <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> McNeal, to adopt joint Resolution No. 7283 of the Everett City Council <br /> and the Mayor to support changes to the Washington Condominium <br /> Act. <br /> President Roberts stated that the resolution has been revised to address <br /> the need of more owner-occupied condominiums. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 268 <br />
