Program 741, Port Gardner Neighborhood 4, 100 <br /> Traffic Improvements <br /> 4 . Program 742, Port Gardner Mini-Park 15, 000 <br /> 5. Program 743, Northeast Everett Street 140, 000 <br /> and Sidewalk Improvement <br /> 6. Program 744, Wiggums Hollow Park 10 , 000 <br /> 7 . Program 745, Lowell Park 38 , 000 <br /> 8. Program 746, Lowell Neighborhood WQ.1k- 42, 000 <br /> way and Creekbed Improvements <br /> 9. Program 747, Planning Study of Lowell 20, 000 <br /> TOTAL $424 , 000 <br /> B. The source of funds for the appropriations to all eight pro- <br /> grams (Nos. 739 through 747) shall be: <br /> Fund 333 - Community Development Block $424, 000 <br /> Grant Funds <br /> C. This appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried for- <br /> ward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has <br /> been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity or reap- <br /> propriation as per R.C.W. 35 . 33 . 151 . <br /> THAT SECTIONS 2 AND 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 630-79, AS AMENDED BY ORDI- <br /> NANCE #667-80, ARE HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 2 : Authorization is hereby given to provide for the <br /> development of contract plans , specifications and detailed cost <br /> estimates and construction required to provide the following: <br /> A.
