Program 741, Port Gardner Neighborhood 4, 100 Traffic Improvements 4 . Program 742, Port Gardner Mini-Park 15, 000 5. Program 743, Northeast Everett Street 140, 000 and Sidewalk Improvement 6. Program 744, Wiggums Hollow Park 10 , 000 7 . Program 745, Lowell Park 38 , 000 8. Program 746, Lowell Neighborhood WQ.1k- 42, 000 way and Creekbed Improvements 9. Program 747, Planning Study of Lowell 20, 000 TOTAL $424 , 000 B. The source of funds for the appropriations to all eight pro- grams (Nos. 739 through 747) shall be: Fund 333 - Community Development Block $424, 000 Grant Funds C. This appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried for- ward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity or reap- propriation as per R.C.W. 35 . 33 . 151 .
