■ Process water and slurry resulting from sawcutting and surfacing operations will <br /> be prevented from entering the waters of the State by implementing Sawcutting <br /> and Surfacing Pollution Prevention measures (BMP C152). <br /> Concrete and grout: <br /> ■ Process water and slurry resulting from concrete work will be prevented from <br /> entering the waters of the State by implementing Concrete Handling measures <br /> (BMP C151). Concrete wash out areas shall not be allowed on bare dirt or <br /> allowed to drain to bare dirt or the storm system. <br /> Sanitary wastewater: <br /> ■ Portable sanitation facilities will be firmly secured, regularly maintained, and <br /> emptied when necessary. <br /> ■ Wheel wash or tire bath wastewater shall be discharged to a separate onsite <br /> treatment system or to the sanitary sewer as part of Wheel Wash implementation <br /> (BMP C106). <br /> Solid Waste: <br /> ■ Solid waste will be stored in secure, clearly marked containers. <br /> Other: <br /> ■ Other BMPs will be administered as necessary to address any additional <br /> pollutant sources on site. <br /> Installation Schedules: Start of project and replaced as needed and as start of wet season. <br /> Inspection and Maintenance plan: Responsible staff to make weekly site walks and inspections <br /> to identify deficiencies in onsite BMPs and anticipate potential problems and remedies. <br /> Responsible Staff: Identified Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead in Section 3 of this <br /> SWPPP. <br /> Will maintenance,fueling, and/or repair of heavy equipment and vehicles occur on-site? <br /> � Yes❑ No <br /> Vehicles, construction equipment, and/or petroleum product storage/dispensing: <br /> ■ All vehicles, equipment, and petroleum product storage/dispensing area swill be <br /> inspected regularly to detect any leaks or spills, and to identify maintenance <br /> needs to prevent leaks or spills. <br /> ■ On-site fueling tanks and petroleum product storage containers shall include <br /> secondary containment. <br /> � � � � � 1� <br />
