(1) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between the City of Everett and Everett Public Schools concerning the School Resource Officer Program in the amount of $740,289.00. PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (2) CB 1808-36-2nd Reading Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing the Special Construction Fund entitled, "Main Library Window Replacement Project" Fund 342, Program 019, as established by Ordinance No. 3568-17. (3) Adopt Resolution naming the Proposed Park adjacent to the YMCA located at 4730 Colby Avenue "Arthur Grossman Memorial Park." CONSENT: (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,657,532.78 for the period of August 11, 2018 through August 17, 2018. PUBLIC HEARING: (5) CB 1807-25 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance adopting the Metro Everett Subarea Plan, repealing the Everett Downtown Plan and the Everett Station Plan in accordance with Sections 2 and 3 of this Ordinance. (6) CB 1807-26 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance concerning the Everett 2015-2035 Comprehensive Plan, amending Ordinance No. 2021-94, and as amended by Ordinance 3454-15. (7) CB 1807-27 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending the Zoning Code by adding two new chapters regarding Metro Everett uses and development standards for Metro Everett and Core Residential Area, amending Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended. (8) CB 1807-28 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance concerning Off-Street Parking, Loading and Access requirements, repealing and amending Ordinances in accordance with Sections 1 and 2 of this Ordinance.
